Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Childhood Educator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or willingness to learn is a plus.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
- Knowledge of multicultural and inclusive education practices is an advantage.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
