Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates: Develop relationships with potential candidates, maintain a database of qualified candidates, and ensure a steady flow of applicants for future openings.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations: Stay up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations, and ensure that all hiring practices are fair, equitable, and compliant.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and cost-per-hire, to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field: A degree from a recognized Canadian university or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
- Certification in recruitment or human resources: A professional certification, such as the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or the Certified Recruitment and Talent Management Professional (CRTMP), is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop creative solutions to recruitment challenges.
