Job Description:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing candidates for various roles within client organizations. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, sourcing candidates, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and job specifications.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and salary negotiations.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet placement targets and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and company policies.
- Handle any candidate or client issues or concerns professionally and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
