Job Description:
As a Tele Calling Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. Your role will involve engaging with customers to provide information, generate leads, and address inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls, providing information and answering customer queries.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in tele-calling or a similar customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using telephone systems and customer management software.
